Accommodation Details

1. External Accommodation

A number of hotel rooms have been provisionally reserved for AOSD '04 participants. However, you will need to:

• Reserve the accommodation yourself
• Contact the hotel and quote "AOSD '04"
• Settle the bill with the hotel yourself

It is advisable to book your accommodation as soon as possible as the rooms will be released back to the hotel on 20 February 2004.

More information:	Partners sharing a room will be accommodated free of charge and will just be required to pay for any meals taken. All residential quests and partners will have full use of leisure facilities during their stay.
Hotel Location:	Situated next to the University the hotel is within easy walking distance of the conference. Lancaster City Centre is about 3miles - taxi 5.00GBP and there are frequent local buses from the University Campus.

More information:	Partners sharing the room will be charged 10.00GBP per night. This includes full English breakfast. Please ensure you request accommodation for two people.
Hotel Location:	Situated in the heart of Lancaster and opposite the famous castle, this hotel is convenient for the railway station and city centre. The University campus is about 3 miles away - taxi 5.00GBP and there are frequent local buses from the City Centre.

Hotel Location:	This hotel, though not as conveniently located as the other hotels, can offer comfortable accommodation. It is situated about 2miles from the city centre and 5 miles approx from the University Campus. Taxi from the Holiday Inn to the Campus cost 8.00GBP approx.

2. Student On-campus Accommodation

Student single room accommodation may be booked ONLY through the AOSD administration office. It is important to indicate your requirements on the on-line Registration Booking Form.
