Student Volunteers

A very limited number of student volunteer positions are available for PhD students to attend the conference. Successful applicants will receive free registration to the conference, workshops and tutorials (attendance subject to scheduling of volunteer duties). To apply, download the application form below.

EPSRC Bursaries

10 UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) bursaries are available for PhD students to attend the conference. The bursaries provide free registration to the conference, workshops and tutorials and free student accommodation (for 5 nights) close to the conference venue. In line with EPSRC requirements, the bursaries will be allocated in the following order of priority:

1. Existing EPSRC-funded PhD students in UK universities.
2. Existing non-EPSRC funded PhD students in UK universities.
3. Existing PhD students in EU universities.

PhD students from universities outside the UK/EU are ineligible.

Note: Each applicant will be automatically considered for both sets of positions subject to the restriction on EPSRC bursaries.
