What's included

Regular Registration includes:

• Attendance at the AOSD main conference (24-26 March 2004 inclusive).
• Attendance at any workshop to which you have been accepted (22-23 March 2004).
• Mid-morning, lunch, and afternoon refreshments Monday through Friday.
• Conference Pack (including 1 copy of the proceedings – extra copies can be ordered separately)
• Invitation to Workshop Reception
• Ticket to Conference Reception (including Transportation from Lancaster University to Reception)
• One Banquet Ticket (including Transportation to/from the venue)

Student Registration includes:

Banquet Tickets

Regular registration includes one banquet ticket. For those who would like to book additional tickets, or for students who would like to buy a ticket for themselves, the cost is 50.00GBP per ticket. This includes transportation to and from the venue.

Lunch For Accompanying Persons

Lunch is included with registration, but if you would like to purchase additional tickets for an accompanying person the cost is 10.00GBP per lunch ticket.

Payment methods

Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard either through our secure online registration form or by fax. Details for faxing payment will be provided when registering.

Accommodation

Participants are responsible for booking their own hotels. A number of hotel rooms have been provisionally reserved for AOSD '04 participants. Alternatively, student on-campus accommodation can be booked along with your registration. See the accommodation page for details.

Cancellation/Refunds

Please note there will be an administrative charge of 20.00GBP on all cancellations.
