What's Included:
- Participation in workshops on Monday and Tuesday (March 2 and 3)

- Lunch from Wednesday - Friday (March 4 - March 6)
- Two coffee breaks per day

Important note regarding participation in the workshop(s):
- Please note that individual workshops may have their own access regulations. Please check the corresponding webpages and contact the workshop organizers regarding participation if required.
- Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners will not be provided for workshop participants, but two coffee breaks per day will be provided.
Cancellations/Refunds
There is a $125 fee for any cancellation of an existing registration on or before February 20, 2009. No cancellations will be accepted after this date. Cancellation must be in writing (by letter, fax, or e-mail). The date of postmark will be used when considering a refund. All refunds will be made after the conference.
Important Note Regarding Visa Waiver Program
A new rule was instituted in January 2009 that requires those traveling to the US as a citizen or eligible national of a Visa Waiver Program country to register online before beginning their travel. This is in place of the paper forms that are traditionally filled out in flight. If you are flying into the US to attend AOSD, please take a moment to check if the new rule applies to you.
