This year the conference early registration ends Monday, February 28th, 2011.

AOSD.11 fees are as follows

Regular and Student Packages includes:
- Participation in the workshops on Monday, March 21st and Tuesday, March 22nd (if workshops are attended, lunch and coffee-breaks are included). If you are not an author, we kindly suggest you to contact the workshop organizers about your participation.
- Participation in the tutorials on Monday, March 21st and Tuesday, March 22nd (if tutorials are attended, lunch and coffee-breaks are included). Tutorials have a limited number of attendants, due to rooms capacity. The registration will be made in a first come first served basis.
- Welcome reception (Tuesday 22nd March)
- Lunch and coffee breaks from Wednesday 23rd to Friday 25th
- A ticket to the social event on Thursday, March 24th (Tour to the natural Swimming pools formed by the warm waters of the sea. Often we see many different species of colorful fish from the area)
- Shuttle to/from the airport based on the times of arrival/departure of the participants. See further details at the Airport Shuttle section of the Travel Information page.
Regular Package only
- Workshop/Tutorial Dinner ticket, Monday 21st (dinner).
- Welcome Dinner ticket, Wednesday 23rd (dinner).
- AOSD 2011 Banquet ticket, Thursday 24th (dinner).
1-day pass Registration
- Participation in the conference activities (workshop or technical/industry program) on a particular day
- Evening social event, if there is one in the chosen day (except for the banquet for which a separate ticket needs to be purchased)
- Lunch and coffee breaks for that day.
Conference hotel
Please consider booking the hotel with us (see the registration form), since we have to book a minimum number of rooms at the conference hotel. The daily rates per room are the following (tax included):

Policy
Authors
At least one author of each accepted paper must register to ensure that the paper is included in the conference program and the proceedings.
The deadline for author registration is February, 14th 2010.
Papers that do not have an associated registered author by this date will not be included in the proceedings.
Student status
Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas with a university or another similar institution.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made by writing to the AOSD.11 Secretary. Cancellations received before March 1st, 2010 are fully refundable minus R$ 120 processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after March 1 st are non-refundable. No shows are also non-refundable. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
After registration
If properly processed, your successful registration will be acknowledged by email, which you may use as a receipt of payment. A formal (hardcopy) invoice will be provided to you at the conference registration desk.
