The Poster Event is always one of the most exciting and well attended social events of the conference. This event, held during the reception to maximize visibility, allows students to present their research to conference attendees while mingling in a social setting. Students that participate in both the Student Rally and the Poster Event have the added advantage of already knowing other participants. Do NOT miss out on this opportunity to take your research to the next level, clarify problem statements, vet solutions, identify evaluation methods or just prepare for your dissertation.
Poster Size Requirements
According to the poster supports that will be provided by the conference (shown in image attached) the best orientation for posters is portrait instead of landscape. The max height of your poster is 2.20m (86.6in) or smaller. There is no stipulation on the width but please do take the design of the poster supports into account when designing your poster.
