Procedure
For registration, you may use:
- Either the web-based registration form here with online payment on a secure website (*recommended*)
- or the offline registration form (interactive pdf format). Please use one form per attendee.
Early registration
This year the conference early registration is due to Monday, February 22, 2010.
Registration fee
The fees (exempt of VAT) for participation to AOSD.11 are as follows

Regular Package
- Participation in the Spring School on Sunday, March 14 (lunch is on your own)
- Participation in the workshops on Monday, March 15 and Tuesday, March 16 (if workshops are attended, lunch is included)
- Participation in the conference from Wednesday 17 March till Friday 19 March included
- Welcome reception (Tuesday 16 March)
- A memory stick with proceedings
- Lunch and coffee breaks everyday
- Participation in the social event on Thursday, March 18 (the visit of the Mont Saint-Michel abbey and the banquet).
Student Package
- Participation in the Spring School on Sunday, March 14 (lunch is on your own)
- Participation in the workshops on Monday, March 15 and Tuesday, March 16 (if workshops are attended, lunch is included)
- Participation in the conference from Wednesday 17 March till Friday 19 March included

Single Day Registration
- Participation in the conference activities (workshop or technical/industry program) on a particular day
- Evening social event (except for the banquet for which a separate ticket needs to be purchased)
- Lunch and coffee breaks for that day.
Journée MOA
- Participation in the MOA day (French workshop on aspect-oriented modelling)
- Lunch and coffee breaks.
Further tickets for the social event (visit of the Mont Saint-Michel abbey and banquet) are available for purchase from the secretariat.
Policy
Authors
At least one author of each accepted paper must register to ensure that the paper is included in the conference program and the proceedings.
The deadline for author registration is February, 1st 2010.
Papers that do not have an associated registered author by this date will not be included in the proceedings.
Student status
Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas with a university or another similar institution.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made by writing to the AOSD.10 Secretariat. Cancellations received before March 1st, 2010 are fully refundable minus 50 € processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after March 1st are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
After registration
If properly processed, your successful registration will be acknowledged by email, which you may use as a receipt of payment. A formal invoice will also be issued to you in hardcopy at the time of the conference.
