Program

Aspect-oriented Software Development (AOSD) provides means for systematic identification, modularization, and composition of crosscutting concerns. This second conference dedicated to AOSD is the premier forum for the dissemination and discussion of AOSD ideas, for both practitioners and researchers. In addition to the technical papers, industrial reports and demonstrations, the conference also features high quality introductory and advanced tutorials on leading aspect-oriented languages, software product lines, model-driven engineering with aspects and integrating aspect technologies with business software: databases, Web applications, Java RMI, and CORBA. A number of workshops on specific AOSD topics will be held on Monday 17 March and Tuesday 18 March.  The conference will be held at Northeastern University (tutorials/workshops) and the Boston Sheraton (main conference).

For a summary of conference events visit the Program Overview.  The conference program features Technical Papers, Practitioner Reports, Workshops, Tutorials, and Demonstrations. Keynote talks include "Making the Code Look Like the Design" by Gregor Kiczales and "Aspects of Grid Computing" by Satoshi Matsuoka.

Students interested in volunteering for the conference or in the Student Research Extravaganza should refer to the Students' Page.
