Sight Seeing
Most museums offer guided tours in English or other languages. If you are interested in booking a tour or joining an already planned tour, contact the museums as soon as possible.
Bonn
- Beethoven House, inside the city center -Must Visit-

- Museum Koenig (Zoo Museum), between city center and museum mile with its own subway station [E-Mail]
- August Macke House, north-west Bonn
- Sea Life (recently opened, don't expect too big fish yet, please), reachable by subway line 66 (same as to the museum mile, exit station "Königswinter Fähre")
- Bonn Rheinaue Leisure Park, reachable by subway line 66 (same as to the museum mile, exit station "Rheinaue")
Directions: The fastest way to get to all sights next to the conference venue is walking; it will take you about three minutes, or maybe five minutes to Beethoven House.
To travel to the museum mile, enter the subway behind the conference venue (station "Universität/Markt"), take line 16 (to Bad Godesberg) or line 66 (to Bad Honnef), and exit the train at "Heussallee/Museumsmeile".
Cologne
Cologne is reachable from Bonn within 25-30 minutes. There are many direct DB trains (e.g. RB26, RB48, RE5) from Bonn main station to Cologne main station, which is located next the the cathedral right inside of the city center. More information about Deutsche Bahn (DB)
Brühl
Regional DB trains from Bonn main station to Cologne main station also stop at Brühl. More information about Deutsche Bahn (DB)
