Solution Lounge, Informal Demonstrations and Birds of a Feather (BOF) Sessions

To make it easier for attendees with similar interests to find one another, and for attendees wanting to meet with AOSD solution providers, we will offer three kinds of informal meeting opportunities (in addition to chatting in the hallways).

Solution Lounge

The solution lounge will be set up with seating and white boards. This provides a place for extended discussions among attendees. In particular, we encourage people interested in using AOSD solutions and people who provide such solutions to use this as a meeting and discussion area.

Informal Demonstrations

The same demonstration rooms used for the demonstrations that are part of the conference program, will also be available at certain times over lunch and at the end of the day for informal demonstrations. A sign-up sheet will be placed near the auditorium entrance. We encourage attendees to check this sheet regularly for demonstrations they might be interested in.

Birds of a Feather (BOF) Sessions

Meeting rooms will be available at certain times over lunch and at the end of the day for meetings on matters of common interest. A sign-up sheet will be placed near the auditorium entrance. We encourage attendees to check this sheet regularly for BOFs they might be interested in.
